ORDER GRANTING REQUEST FOR INTERLOCUTORY REVIEW AND AFFIRMING HEARING PANEL ORDER

On February 5, 2021, Tri-County Hearing Panel #53 entered an Order Denying Motion for Partial Summary Disposition. On February 19, 2021, respondent filed a petition for interlocutory review pursuant to MCR 9.118(A). The Attorney Discipline Board has considered respondent’s petition for interlocutory review, petitioner’s response, the briefs before the panel, and is otherwise fully advised;

NOW THEREFORE, for the reasons set forth in the accompanying opinion, IT IS ORDERED that respondent’s request for interlocutory review of the hearing panel’s Order Denying Motion for Partial Summary Disposition is GRANTED.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing panel’s February 5, 2021, order is AFFIRMED. ATTORNEY DISCIPLINE BOARD
