ORDER AFFIRMING HEARING PANEL ORDER OF SUSPENSION Issued by the Attorney Discipline Board 211 W. Fort St., Ste. 1410, Detroit, MI
The Grievance Administrator petitioned for review of the order of suspension entered in this matter by Genesee County Hearing Panel #1 of the Attorney Discipline Board on December 6, 2013, that suspended respondent's license for one year.
The Attorney Discipline Board has conducted review proceedings in accordance with MCR 9.118, including the Board's review of the record before the hearing panel and its consideration of the briefs and arguments submitted by the parties at a hearing conducted before the Board on March 19, 2014.
NOW THEREFORE, for the reasons set forth in the accompanying opinion, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing panel order of suspension entered December 6, 2013, is AFFIRMED.
