ORDER AFFIRMING HEARING PANEL ORDER OF DISBARMENT Issued by the Attorney Discipline Board 211 W. Fort St., Ste. 1410, Detroit, MI

The respondent petitioned the Attorney Discipline Board for review of an order issued by Tri-County Hearing Panel #63, on April 22,2013, disbarring respondent from the practice of law in Michigan effective August 17, 2011. At a hearing on September 19, 2013, the Attorney Discipline Board conducted review proceedings in accordance with MCR 9.118, including review of the record before the hearing panel and consideration of the arguments and briefs presented by the parties.

NOW THEREFORE, for the reasons set forth in the accompanying opinion, IT IS ORDERED that Tri-County Hearing Panel #63's Order of Disbarment, entered April 22, 2013, is AFFIRMED.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that respondent shall, on or before March 1. 2014, pay costs in the amount of $2.197.88, consisting of costs assessed by the hearing panel in the amount of $2,079.38 and court reporting costs incurred by the Attorney Discipline Board in the amount of $118.50 for the review proceedings conducted on September 19, 2013. Check or money order shall be made payable to the State Bar of Michigan, but submitted to the Attorney Discipline Board [211 West Fort St., Ste. 1410, Detroit, M148226] for proper crediting.
