ORDER AFFIRMING HEARING PANEL ORDER OF SUSPENSION AND RESTITUTION WITH CONDITION

Issued by the Attorney Discipline Board 211 w. FortSt., Ste.1410, Detroit, MI On October 17, 2012, Washtenaw County Hearing Panel #4 of the Attorney Discipline Board entered an order in this matter, suspending respondent's license to practice law in Michigan for a period of30 days, with restitution and a further condition. Respondent, R. Reid Krinock, petitioned for review.

The Attorney Discipline Board has conducted review proceedings in accordance with MCR 9.118, including the Board's review of the record before the hearing panel and its consideration of the briefs and arguments submitted by the parties at a hearing conducted before the Board on March 27, 2013.

NOW THEREFORE, for the reasons set forth in the accompanying opinion, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing panel order of suspension and restitution with condition entered October 17, 2012, is AFFIRMED.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan is EFFECTIVE JUNE 19. 2013, and until the respondent's filing of an affidavit of compliance with the Supreme Court, the Attorney Discipline Board and the Attomey Grievance Commission.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that respondent shall, on or before June 19. 2013, pay costs in the amountof$1 ,886.97, consisting ofcosts assessed by the hearing panel in the amountof$1 ,767.97 and court reporting costs incurred by the Attorney Discipline Board in the amount of $119.00 for the review proceedings conducted on March 27,2013. Check or money order shall be made payable to the State Bar of Michigan, but submitted to the Attorney Discipline Board [211 West Fort St., Ste. 1410, Detroit, MI 48226] for proper crediting. (See attached instruction sheet).
