On June 20, 2012, Tri-County Hearing Panel #11 of the Attorney Discipline Board issued an order reprimanding respondent, with conditions imposed in accordance with MCR 9.106(3). The Grievance Administrator filed a petition for review on July 3, 2012, and the respondent filed a cross­ petition for review on July 11, 2012. Respondent requested and received an automatic stay of the hearing panel's order pending review proceedings. The Attorney Discipline Board has conducted review proceedings in accordance with MCR 9.118, which included a review of the record before the hearing panel and consideration ofthe briefs and arguments submitted by the parties, and the Board is otherwise fully advised,

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that, for the reasons set forth in the attached opinion, discipline in this case is increased from a reprimand, with conditions, to DISBARMENT FROM THE PRACTICE LAW IN MICHIGAN, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 26, 2013, and until further order of the Supreme Court, the Attorney Discipline Board or a hearing panel, and until respondent complies with the requirements of MCR 9.123(B) and (C); and MCR 9.124.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that respondent shall, on or before January 26,2013, pay costs in the amount of $2,204.09, consisting of costs assessed by the hearing panel in the amount of $2,096.59 and court reporting costs incurred by the Attorney Discipline Board in the amount of $107.50 for the review proceedings conducted on September 19, 2012. Check or money order shall be made payable to the State Bar of Michigan, but submitted to the Attorney Discipline Board [211 West Fort St., Ste. 1410, Detroit, MI 48226] for proper crediting.
