ORDER INCREASING TO DISBARMENT AND AFFIRMING RESTITUTION Issued by the Attorney Discipline Board 211 W. Fort St., Ste. 1410, Detroit, MI

On July 22, 2011, Tri-County Hearing Panel #15 of the Attorney Discipline Board issued an order suspending respondent's license to practice law in Michigan for a period of 2% years commencing August 13, 2011. The Grievance Administrator filed a petition for review on August 2,2011, and the respondent filed his cross-petition for review on August 9, 2011. Respondent did not request a stay of the hearing panel's order. The Attorney Discipline Board conducted review proceedings in accordance with MCR 9.118, which included a review of the record before the hearing panel and consideration of the briefs and arguments submitted by the parties, and the Board is otherwise fully advised,

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that, for the reasons set forth in the attached opinion, discipline in this case is increased from a suspension of 2~ years to respondent's DISBARMENT FROM THE PRACTICE LAW IN MICHIGAN, EFFECTIVE AUGUST 13, 2011 and until further order of the Supreme Court, the Attorney Discipline Board or a hearing panel, and until respondent complies with the requirements of MCR 9.123(B) and (C); and MCR 9.124.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the restitution to be paid to Kifah Bazi as ordered by Tri-County Hearing Panel #15, is AFFIRMED. Respondent shall continue to file written proof of payment with the Attorney Grievance Commission and the Attorney Discipline Board within 10 days of the payment of restitution.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that respondent shall pay court reporting costs incurred by the Board for the review hearing conducted on November 9, 2011, in the amount of $120.34. This cost shall be added to the payment plan currently in effect. Respondent's final payment shall now be due on or before September 3,2014, in the amount of $110.92. Costs may be paid by check or money order made payable to the State Bar of Michigan but submitted to the Attorney Discipline Board, 211 West Fort St., Ste. 1410, Detroit, MI 48226, for proper crediting. . ,
