Tri-County Hearing Panel #62 of the AttorneyDiscipline Board entered an order suspending respondent's license to practice law in Michigan for a period of 179 days commencing July 12, 2010. The Grievance Administrator petitioned for review of the panel 's order on May 26, 2011.

The Attorney Discipline Board has conducted review proceedings in accordance with MCR 9.118, including the Board's review of the record before the hearing panel and its consideration of the briefs and arguments submitted by the parties at a hearing conducted before the Board on September 14, 2011.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, for the reasons stated in the attached opinion, that the hearing panel order of 179 day suspension entered May 11, 2011 , is AFFIRMED.
