On September 9, 2015, Ingham County Hearing Panel #3 of the Attorney Discipline Board entered an order of reprimand in this matter. The Grievance Administrator filed a petition for review on September 28,2015.
The Attorney Discipline Board has conducted review proceedings in accordance with MeR 9.118, including the Board's review of the record before the hearing panel and its consideration of the briefs and arguments of the parties at a hearing conducted before the Board.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that, for the reasons set forth in the attached opinion, the hearing panel order of reprimand issued September 9, 2015, is AFFIRMED.
