On March 7, 2017, Tri-County Hearing Panel #12 entered an order dismissing Formal Complaint 15-155-GA. On March 28, 2017, petitioner filed a petition for review in accordance with MCR 9.118(A).
The Attorney Discipline Board conducted review proceedings in accordance with MCR 9.118, including the Board's review of the record before the hearing panel and consideration of the briefs and arguments presented by the parties at the review hearing held on June 21, 2017.
NOW THEREFORE, for the reasons set forth in the accompanying opinion, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing panel's order of dismissal issued March 7, 2017, is AFFIRMED.
