NOTICE OF SUSPENSION Case No. 07-114-GA Notice Issued: May 1, 2008

Shannon H. Pitcher, P 58269, Flint, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Genesee County Hearing Panel #5.

1. Suspension - 24 Months 2. Effective December 17,2007 1 The respondent failed to appear at the hearing and was found to be in default for her failure to file an answer to the formal complaint. Respondent's conduct was in violation of MeR 9.1 04(A)(1 )-(4); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.1(b); 1.2(c); 1.4{a); 3.1; 3.3(a){1), (2) and (4); 3.4(c); and 8.4(a)-(c).
