1) Reprimand ; 2 ) Ef fec t ive September 24, 1988. Respondent arranged a meeting between two of h i s c l i e n t s f o r the purpose of allowing them t o negot ia te a loan from one t o the other. Of t h e $25,000 loaned, $5000 was borrowed by the respondent personally. Although responden t a d v i s e d t h e p a r t i e s t h a t t h e "bonus" charge f o r t h e l o a n amounted t o a usurious r a t e of i n t e r e s t , he prepared a mortgage note which he knew t o be f a l s e and misleading a s t o t h e t r u e r a t e of i n t e r e s t and as t o G t he i d e n t i t y T of the lend ~ er. Respon dent's conduct was found t o be i n v i b l a t i o 9.104(3). Costs were assessed i n the amount of $581.48.
