The pane l noted Respondent 's p r i o r reprimands i n 1983 and 1985 f o r f a i l u r e t o provide competent l e g a l r e p r e s e n t a t i o n i n o t h e r m a t t e r s and ordered t h a t Respondent be s u s p e n d e d f o r s i x t y d a y s u n l e s s he s a t i s f a c t o r i l y f u l f i l l e d c e r t a i n l e g a l educa t ion requirements.
On review, t h e Attorney D i s c i p l i n e Board modified t h e hea r ing panel o r d e r of d i s c i p l i n e by imposing a reprimand w i t h t h e f u r t h e r cond i t i on t h a t t h e Respondent a t t e n d and complete a minimum of s i x hours of cont inu ing l e g a l educa t ion i n t h e f i e l d of probate law p lus an a d d i t i o n a l t h r e e hours i n t h e f i e l d o f c r i m i n a l defense and t h r e e hours i n t h e f i e l d of d i v o r c e p r a c t i c e . This con t inu ing l e g a l educa t ion requirement i s t o be completed w i t h i n e i g h t e e n months. Costs were assessed i n t h e amount o$+$ 460.67.
