The Panel noted t h a t Respondent's - a c t i o n s r e s u l t e d i n s e v e r e f i n a n c i a l l o s s t o t h e s e l l e r and c r e a t e d a cloud on t h e t i t l e t o t h e r e a l property. The Panel f u r t h e r found t h a t t h e Respondent f a i l e d t o answer t h e Request f o r I n v e s t i g a t i o n . R e s p o n d e n t ' s c o n d u c t was found t o be i n v i o l a t i o n o f MCR 9.104(2-4,7) and Canon 1 of t h e Code of P ro fe s s iona l Respons ib l i t y , DR 1- lOl(A)(l ,6) .
