The panel found that the balance i n s a i d p ro fe s s iona l account f e l l below the amount owed to the c l i e n t ; however , the panel found t h a t the funds were f u l l y paid t o the c l i e n t w i th in a reasonable period of time. The panel considered s e v e r a l m i t i g a t i n g f a c t o r s and expres s ly s t a t e d that "...Respondent...did n o t i n t e n d t o misappropr ia te any of h i s . " c l i e n t ' s funds. He is r e spons ib l e f o r t h e a c t i o n s of h i s employees.. The panel i nd ica t ed t h a t the law o f f i c e bus iness should have been conducted i n a d i f f e r e n t f a s h i o n , noted no pr ior : record of d i s c i p l i n e and imposed c o s t s of $510.14.
